Michele Kelly - Holiday Concierge
Michele coordinates all of the holiday reservations whilst working closely alongside our cleaners and tradesmen. Michele comes to Henzells with extensive knowledge of the area. Michele worked with the Accor Group in Melbourne for many years and her skills and dedication are of the highest level.
Suzanne Winkley - Holiday Concierge
Backed by an extensive 25 year background in customer service and the property industry, Suzanne brings excellent communication skills and a friendly approach to her role as Holiday Concierge where she is committed to going the extra mile to ensure every stay is remembered for the right reasons.

Crys Jones is Henzells’ Holiday Reservations consultant, assisting guests, owners and suppliers with the fine details that are critical to a smooth holiday letting experience.
With over a decade of expertise in QLD Real Estate, Crys loves sharing her expertise with owners and guests. She says it is definitely the people she enjoys the most, as she builds trust with her clients and teamwork with her peers over the years.
After moving house a lot, she knows that it’s the details that make or break a holiday accommodation experience.
Crys returned to the Sunshine Coast 10 years ago to raise her family in the fabulous climate and family friendly lifestyle. To burn off steam Crys enjoys outdoor activities with her family and she recommends Sugarbag Road Mountain for awesome mountain biking.
