Position: Holiday Team Leader

Being a Sunshine Coast resident for the majority of her life, Danielle has extensive knowledge of the area. Having recently sold her own cleaning company, Danielle offers her invaluable experience and understanding of what it takes to maintain a holiday apartment.

Danielle’s experience in hospitality, beauty therapy and cleaning provides Henzells with an extra service that is second to none. Danielle is becoming an imperative part of our business and she looks forward to expanding her services to all holiday owners and guests.

Michele Kelly

Position: Holiday Concierge 

Michele Kelly is committed to delivering customer service of the highest standard to our many and varied Holiday Customers.

Michele was a perfect fit for Henzells as we were looking for a highly trained highly motivated person to work in our Holiday team, Michele worked with the Accor Group in Melbourne for many years and her skills and dedication are of the highest level.

Michele combines her passion for people with exceptional skills to provide guests with a positive holiday experience, she combines great empathy and people skills with an outstanding ability to negotiate and is known for providing consistent feedback to her owners and keeping all parties well informed.

Joining Henzells was an easy decision for Michele due to its high standard of professionalism and exceptional levels of customer service. She is proud to be a member of a successful team in a prominent location.

Mai Sugiya

Position: Holiday Concierge 

Mai Sugiya is a welcome addition to the Henzells team, offering a wealth of experience in the tourism and property sectors.

As reservations consultant, Mai draws on her industry knowledge and passion for helping people to make the process of booking holidays as rewarding and seamless as possible.

Originally from Japan where she grew up in Shizuoka Prefecture – the home of Mt Fuji – she moved to Australia 13 years ago after falling in love with Caloundra on an international exchange.

Mai’s background includes working in the front office and reservation departments and leading resorts including the Hyatt Coolum, the Intercontinental Group and Wyndham.

She has relished the opportunity to apply her experience and skills in a new field. Meeting new people, taking a customer-oriented approach and rising the challenges of working in a fast paced environment are the parts of her job she finds particularly rewarding.

Mai says she was attracted to Henzells because of the supportive team environment and high level of professionalism.

Recently becoming an Australian citizen, she holds a Diploma of Events Management and is fluent in both English and Japanese.

Outside of work, Mai enjoys tennis, surfing, growing fruit and vegetables in her backyard and baking sweets.
