Enjoying the sounds of the waves in a leafy cul-de-sac position, this spacious, private duplex home embraces a northerly aspect with an abundance of natural light and direct access to the coastal pathway and Shelly Beach. Shelly Beach has a childrens playground, rocks pools to explore, BBQ area and is a dog off leash beach outside of turtle breeding season There is also a mobile coffee and snack van that sets up in the Shelly Beach carpark.
The duplex is generously laid out, with all living area on the upper level, connecting to the sun-drenched balcony which enjoys a north easterly neighbourhood vista to the ocean.
The upper level has lounge room with ceiling fans, kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom consisting of king bed and air con and a second bedroom providing 2 sets of bunk beds.
The lower level offers a second living and dining area, third bedroom and second bathroom, all of which combine to meet at the garden - you can even bring your family pooch!

Please note there is only driveway parking and there is no access to the lockup garage.

As the property is pet friendly we ask you to please make sure you clean up after your animal or extra charges may apply, your help in this matter is greatly appreciated. Your pets are allowed inside but please make sure they are kept off the furnishings and bedding. .
