If you would like to cancel your booking please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are inside cancellation policy we will approach the owner and seek their instruction.
Please note this policy will not cover any new bookings made from the 16th March 2020. ( Normal terms and conditions apply)
If you are outside the cancellation policy the normal terms and conditions apply .
(*owners may enforce our cancellation policy, offer full or partial refund or permit a date change to your booking
Please not any unit buildings that have shared pools are currently still closed due to COVDI9 rules.

All our holiday properties are now non-smoking for your health and comfort. This includes inside and on balconies.
Please note we do not have access to mail boxes at our holiday properties, if you need to get something posted to you please get it posted to our office.
Please note Pet Friendly properties only permits Dogs only.
If your permanent address is within 30kms of Henzells Agency office (49 Bulcock Street Caloundra) a $1000 bond may apply. This is at Henzells Agency discretion. Evidence of reason of reason for your stay may be required. For example contract of sale, building contract. After hours collection of keys for “local” bookings is also at discretion of Henzells Agency

We would also like to advise you due to how the public holidays fall in 2020 and 2021 that the check in/out days will change for the December & January periods:
2020 & 2021 will be a Thursday to Thursday
Then 2022 will be back to normal with the Saturday to Saturday check in’s.
