Shonelle Smith [Senior Property Manager]
	Shonelle joined Henzells in 2007. Over the past years, she has split her time between permanent and holiday rentals, gaining a reputation as thorough and approachable. These positions have provided her with a good understanding of client’s needs and great customer service skills. She has been a Sunshine Coast Local all her life and can’t imagine living anywhere else! Shonelle is set to take on the new challenge of Senior Property Manager for holiday rentals in 2010.
	Jane McGinn [Holiday Reservation Consultant] Jane joined Henzells Agency in April 2006. Jane has extensive background in the hotel/resort front office area. Her ability to communicate with ease will help her to establish a good rapour with both owner and guest alike while maintaining the highest standard of service.
	Sarah Wilson [Holiday Reservation Consultant] Sarah is originally from Brisbane however has recently moved to Caloundra to enjoy the relaxed lifestyle of the sunshine coast. Sarah originally started at Henzells doing p.a  work for sales, however now resides as a full time reservations consultant in the holiday department. Previous to joining Henzells, Sarah has always worked in retail positions where she has developed a keen interest for the customer service industry. Sarah completed high-school in 2007 where she also was a full time ballerina. Outside of work Sarah enjoy’s going to the beach with her friends, shopping and has a personal interest in fashion and arts.
	Helen Janssen [Holiday Reservation Consultant] Helen joined Henzells Holiday Letting Department in April 2009 and has 10 years in hospitality industry with a strong back ground in front office holiday rentals. Also having some experience in large resort complexes, as relief on site manager. Helen’s ability to establish a good repour with both owners and guests has put her in high regard within the industry. Helen relocated from New Zealand to Australia 11 years ago and is now a proud local of the Sunshine Coast. With an out going nature, Helen like’s to make guests feel welcome
	Lorraine Paino [Holiday Reservation Consultant]
	Lorraine joined Henzells Agency in August 2009.  Her past experience working for 2 international airlines in Sydney, along with running a family computer business for the past 12 years, has given her a wealth of experience in Customer Service and excellent communication skills.  Lorraine has lived in Sydney until moving to the beautiful Sunshine Coast in December 2008 and enjoys the climate and the relaxed lifestyle the coast has to offer.
