Please note that this does not apply to bookings made direct online at www.accomcaloundra.com.au Accom Caloundra adopts a NO CASH POLICY. Therefore cash is not accepted as a form of payment. Alternative payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos, Bank Deposit and Cheque by prior arrangement.
Accom Caloundra Delivery Process Once the booking has been a confirmed booking by our Agency, you will receive a confirmation letter, a Terms and Conditions Form which will require to be filled out and returned to our office prior to check in. Upon receiving payment either a deposit, or full payment you will receive a trust account receipt. The Accom Caloundra Refund and Cancellation Policy If the Guest wishes to CANCEL THE BOOKING and gives less than three months notice, no refund of any moneis paid shall be made unless and until the Property is re-let for the total period of the proposed Tenacy at the same or greater rent. If cancellation is made three months or more prior to the arrival dale of the booking, a minimum of $110.00 shall be held by the Agency. If a booking has been paid for by credit card and is cancelled, all bank charges are the responsibility of the Guest. This booking is made in good faith and the Agency is not responsibile for any actions taken by the Owner. The cancellation policy becomes active on any account once monies have been paid. Our Agency strongly suggests that you take out independant travel insurance. Confirmation A registration form must be completed and signed prior to your check-in. This will confirm your booking and ensure a prompt and efficient check-in. A registration form is a requirement by law.
Deposits Deposits for bookings done in the office: A deposit of 30% or $100 + the $10 booking fee (whichever is the greater) must be paid within 14 days of booking accommodation to secure your booking. Leading up to holiday and peak periods, the full amount must be paid one month prior to your arrival. Credit card facilities are available for your convenience. Deposits for bookings made online: The entire accommodation tariff is paid at time of booking and payable online via a secure payment gateway. Credit card facilities are available for your convenience.
Check in and check out All bookings are from 2pm and checkout is at 10am on departure date. You can ring our staff the day prior to check-in and arrange an early arrival if available. There are no late checkouts available at any time.
Rebooking If wishing to rebook for future holidays, as you have first option, please enquire as soon as possible. Option to relet the property for the period of your booking will cease when keys are handed in on your departure.
Linen All properties listed in this website are fully self-contained to make your holiday in Caloundra more enjoyable. Linen is NOT included, however you may contact our reservations staff to arrange linen prior to your arrival.
Lost keys Should any unit keys be lost or stolen, the full replacement of all locks will be charged to the holiday guest. The cost can range from between $60 to $180 (this could increase considerably, should it involve replacement of security keys). This also includes TV, video or garage remote controls.
